My first outing since 10th June’s crash went well, in the warm up race context it was, and fully enjoyed the thrill of racing again. Hypothyroidism medication: the Robberg Express Multisport just on the outskirts of Plet, comprised 35km mtb, 10km trail run, and 10km sufrski paddling.
