After writing an honest account of my turmoiled mind during a negative run in a post last week, I got to watch athletes prepare and race during the Nedbank South African Championships for the Disabled here at Coetzenburg for five days. A moving emotional experience watching their joy and excitement when I complain so bitterly and childishly on a windy day…

Christoph Sauser and Burry Stander are in Yellow after stage 2 of the Cape Epic, riding with purpose and meaning to create awareness and and raise funds to build a bmx track in Kayamandi (Wikipedia) for the kids of the township. Ruth has been instrumental in the entire initiative and is spending the week on the Epic in support of the riders and cause, as well as build interest and awareness at for the Songo Project.
