Fraser the Cartmell to defend 70.3 UK

My friend and Stellenbosch training partner (on rare occasions) over the summer has one of his big rendesvouz’ this weekend – his attempted third 70.3 UK title. I recall reading of his battle royal on the run leg last year – a tribute to hi fighting tenacity.
