A few days before the Xterra in Grabouw I was cornered into some photo’s and demonstrations for GQ. The results of which my baby sister had to ‘extract’ from the magazine so that my mother could see it without having to face all the ‘answers’ to ‘gentleman’s questions’…

Joking aside – the article is really well composed by Ian McNaught Davis who really took time and interest to understand my journey, and the photo’s by Byron L. Keulmans are phenomenal. Brilliant to branch out to non-sport related media channels, especially when my Dream Givers are still recognised and named. So cheers to the guys at GQ. Much appreciated.

(It is me – for real – even if he looks better…)
The actual content of the article were some exercises I recommend. And non more so than the bunkies of course. Benita’s bunkies. Her site is evolving really well and worth checking from time to time: benitadewitt.com and you may well find more on the bunkies there if curious.

(Bunkies, stretch cords, and a balancing sponge)
A sweet cue too for myself with all the Puma Runway Collection training gear I was in. You’ll be seeing more of it from the 08-08-08 at the world’s greatest showpiece.
