This is an experimental project which affords me the opportunity to associate and maintain a connection between local enterprise and myself as a traveling athlete.

As my ambitions evolve abroad I find my appreciation for local does in equal measure. The town of Stellenbosch is like a first love, with many a gem found in its small bubble. I hope this initiative will be a fair reflection of my appreciation for some of these, as well as to encourage you experiencing the smells and flavours, the views and sounds, as I do.

A truly unique experience - enjoying a delicious, nutritious and healthy lunch buffet in a vi-by atmosphere with local businessman and students on Reyneveld Street side. Greengate remains unique, true to Stellenbosch only - true to its culture of health, wealth, and streetside pleasures.

My two months of training with Naude Jordaan was a radical eye-opener for me. 1- I could not believe how much I enjoyed the pump of mixing it my group of 6. 2- The progress I made per session was incredible - years since I’d seen such specific advances. 3- The time value of our our sessions were crazy - so much done in a few mintues. I recommend to all from pro athlete to businessman.
