Helen and I - Lions Head Sunset
Hiked up Lions Head this evening: Locked in rivalry against the setting sun across the Atlantic Ocean. Helen, Clare and I settled on a rock ledge just as the orange-red fixation stretched out north to south. A few crackers with brie later and the full moon soared up above the Cape Town city lights. Its a special pilgrimage, shared with locals and foreigners – reminding me to live more, appreciate more, and watch more sunsets.

Thanks for sharing the hike photos. It is important to stop and enjoy, what a great location – makes me want to come visit.
If you ever get to San Diego when its not fogged in we do get spectacular sunsets too.
