The greatest fear of the smallest pain

While scanning the June Edition of Triathlete Magazine in bed on Friday night I felt, no, I sensed a slight sensation of discomfort in the back of my throat. I was overcome with fear. I battled with thoughts and sleep till I rose at 5am to gargle some salt water.
