Today’s the most glorious spring weather - perfect blue sky, not a breath of wind, moderate temperatures. But I thought to add to its calling inspiration two Specialized Bike commercials. I’ll be doing 3×10min hill repeats against Hellshoogte. The kind of session that will get me procrastinating all morning.

Spent the day out at Oak Mountain Park going over the course, lounging under oak shade with the misses, attending a small Xterra media gig, and having a moment at the spot of my crash last year breaking my left scaphoid.
