Such a great weekend of training. Body feeling good and all senses stimulated and inspired by the terrain covered. Gary and I rode and ran together this weekend, through breath taking forests, over mounds of frozen ice (sometimes in it) and got to see sights worth travelling for.

My misses got to celebrate here birthday on Friday here in Truckee California. It started with a brunch at Wild Cherries and ended with a Mexican home made dinner with Margaritas at the Mandy’s along with a great group of Truckee locals.
