Venice Beach Boardwalk. Some wild cats on this strip. I felt excessively bland and conservative while walking here.

Read some of those ingredients. Health for body and soul? Very shi shi (think that was the Hollywood term for it) but still, feel you could use it as a reminder while getting in some real food.

Greengate goodness. I love pulling in, seeing the girls, dishing a plate like the rainbow, and watching people go by. Reckon if I were to get that amount of variety into my system daily it has to, has to, make a significant health difference.

Epic riding till I had a Cape Cobra trying to rear its head between my front and read. I’m sure I’d have survived but would have caused significant tissue damage. Scary thought but it is what it is. I still dont know someone who has been bitten.
