Puma Complete Eutopia Pre Release Edition Trial
October 12th, 2007 by Dan Hugo
Door bell rang yesterday, with a delivery from Puma Head Office. Fancy that. Nothing quite like a surprise. Another pre-release edition pair of shoes to try out and report back on. Showroom.

(Complete Eutopia shoe)

Its the fourth pair I’ve been given to test, probably one of 100′s of Puma athletes around the world who have to complete a standardized report form for final Puma research and development. My assumption is that if a trend is found by the athletes, it’ll be assessed and address.

I’m yet to take them out for a stroll, but they feel a lightweight trainer, which in true Puma style, looks great. It has all the technical Puma running range property inside the trendy outer design. One interesting bit that’s attracted my attention is the very thick ankle section. The material section, as if double padded. I’ll report on its feel some time.

At the moment my favourite trainer is the Puma Phasis IV, and I’ll be surprised if this Complete Eutopia trainer can cap it for comfort, fit, stability and cushioning. I’m pretty sold on the Phasis, but sure would be making more of an impression, good or bad, in these Eutopia’s.
