I was invited to join the Puma contingent on party yachts to bid farewell to Puma’s il Mostro – the Volvo Ocean Racing Yacht. But I’d already committed to a weekend in Natal. Green with envy, as Puma knows how to party, and this would have been second to none. A crazy DJ line up for the party after the sail. Alas.
I did blog on the Puma launch for their sailing range – puma sailing – many months back. The race has started, and Puma lies second after Leg 1. For all on the Volvo Ocean Race, link here. Its an epic circumnavigation around the globe. Heard yesterday that one leg will be round 44 days, between China and Brazil.
For all on Puma and their team, check pumaoceanracing.com. I think its incredible branding vision. Real brand inspiration.
I’ll keep you posted as the race progresses.

Looks like Puma’s bringing the branding. Wow, whoever is doing their marketing is second to none.
