 A few days before the Xterra in Grabouw I was cornered into some photo’s and demonstrations for GQ. The results of which my baby sister had to ‘extract’ from the magazine so that my mother could see it without having to face all the ‘answers’ to ‘gentleman’s questions’…

I dont know how I got onto this list, nor why she kept me on after my rushed response, but really grateful for the mention in this Lifestyle article on iafrica.com. Read the “Movers and shakers” article for some South African inspiration.

Managed to roll out of bed this morning in time to join the Truckee Donner Masters Swim Squad - at 6:45am… Mounting my bike to get there signaled the end of the euphoric post race feelings. Body loosened a bit after though, and managed a long run in the evening with Gia.
