Stocked up on my USN supplements this past week, and now all I need to do is get all of “that”, swallowed and digested to be smoking on Gummy berry juice. Such a treat being able to train on supported nutrition. Dont know how I survived on H2O and O2.

It’s a week out from my first major race after my crash on the 10th of June in America. Seems more than 5 months ago as too much has transpired since, yet I’m wishing I had more time. Guess one always does, but a month extra to prepare would have been great. That said, next Friday night, I’ll be going to bed confident of my form for the Totalsports Challenge in Sun City. My body has bounced really well over the past week, and feeling stronger every passing day.
The weekend after, is the Powerade Triple Challenge making my next two weeks critical. It’s a big ask doing two five hour races back to back, but its what I’ve been gearing towards with my limited time, and Gary’s programme feels to be coming sweet perfectly.
