    I must say Dan in all the races I have seen you finish i have never seen you come across that finish line without a smile :) You gave it your all & encourage many others like myself that anything is really possible if you set your mind to it. I did my first Triathlon at Xterra Grabouw 2012 with a fear for water, I simply had to conker & it was an AWESOME feeling to finish!
