Weekly wrap - by video clip

As opposed to writing you about my week, I figured film an interview report thereof. A first, and an umcomfy first at that… Having to see myself on the screen and all… But I’ll have some fun with it going forward. If you’re unable to watch Youtube because of a work prohibits it, change jobs, and know that I’ve had great week of solid training. All good in the Truckee hood.

Finally fixed my wireless connection and can watch the videos on your page again. Nice self interview, no surprise questions to worry about.
In truckee we did find the 2 Bridges trail, but there is actually 3. Got a little lost and went to the top of Northstar, great workout. Then we had to hike down through the creek to get to the downhill and I saw bear droppings for the first time. Rather large and fresh, so glad we found the trail.
